SERENA LLC ("Serena", "we") rents and operates its own or leased real estate. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Tenants
Identity data, company details, lease agreements, payments and access cards.
3. Visitors
Name and host recorded at reception; kept for 30 days.
4. Video surveillance
Entrances and common areas are monitored by cameras, marked with signs; recordings kept up to 30 days.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (registration, tax), legitimate interests (building security).
6. Recipients
Banks, maintenance contractors under confidentiality, police in case of incidents. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
